PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the synchronizing torque of a synchronizing device of a transmission to a shift gear smoothly. SOLUTION: A clutch hub 11 and synchronizing pieces 14, 15 are fixed to a transmission shaft 10 at a predetermined distance between each other, transmission gears 12, 13 are provided among the clutch hub and the synchronizing pieces to rotate and move in the direction of an axial line to energize elastically to a clutch hub side, and movable cone faces 12a, 13a and fixed cone faces 14a, 15a capable of being friction-engaged with each other are formed on mutually opposing faces of the synchronizing pieces and the transmission gears. When synchronizer rings 31, 36 supported to the clutch hub are moved in the direction of the axial line by a sleeve 20 spline-engaged with the clutch hub, their circular cone holes 31d, 36d are friction-engaged with conical surfaces 30d, 35d of the transmission gears which move against elastic energization to engage the movable cone faces and the fixed cone faces.
