PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straightening grid for exhaust with the aim of reducing a thrust load exerted on a slide surface of a straightening grid to eliminate occurrence of deformation or crack, thus preventing a damage to the slide surface. SOLUTION: Straightening grids for exhaust are provided, within an internal heat insulating type exhaust duct 1 comprised of an outer plate 4a and an inner plate 4b sandwiching a heat insulating material 11 therebetween, on surfaces orthogonal to a center axis in its duct extending direction, and the peripheral sections of which are engaged by engaging members 21 attached on locations as appropriate of the exhaust duct 1. In a supporting device of the straightening grid for exhaust, a plurality of legs 8 are attached and fixed onto the bottom section of the straightening grid 2, and these legs 8 are inserted through leg insertion holes 9 provided by penetrating through the inner plate 4b and the heat insulating material 11, respectively, as well as being supported slidably relative to heat elongation of the outer plate 4a of the bottoms of leg insertion holes.
