PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ground reinforcing pieces capable of considerably restricting the settlement of the ground while offering favorable water permeability and ability to suppress the freezing of the ground. SOLUTION: Ground reinforcing pieces comprise shredded rubber slices cut and shredded from waste rubber tires, and each of the shredded rubber slices actually has an aspect ratio of smaller than 2.
