PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupuncture point stimulating device capable of effectively stimulating acupuncture points on the surface of a tongue or hand. SOLUTION: The acupuncture point stimulating device comprises a red light source, a power supply electrically connected to the red light source to energize the red light source, and an opening/closing means inserted between the light source and the power supply to automatically power the light source on/off, which emits the light whose wavelength ranges from 637-650 nm at an intensity within a range of 0.001-100 mW/cm<SP>2</SP>at 1-10 seconds intervals with repeatedly lighting on/off to the requested acupuncture points on the surface of the tongue or hand.
