PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device capable of detecting the state of locking of a door for attaching and detaching a unit in a premium putout device. SOLUTION: The door 23 for attaching and detaching the unit of the premium putout device 1 is provided with a locking mechanism 4 for locking the door 23 for attaching and detaching the unit by two engagement members 4b and 4b. Then, two locking sensors S4 are set in the panels 21a and 21b of the upper case body 2A of the premium putout device 1 with which the two engagement members 4b are to be engaged, and the premium putout device 1 is provided with the locking device 4 capable of detecting that the engagement members 4b and 4b projecting from the end part of the door 23 for attaching and detaching the unit are engaged with the panels 21a and 21b.
