A drying room of a food waste treatment apparatus is provided to improve the performance in pulverization of food waste, by forming concave and convex portions oppositely to a stirring screw. Food waste is inputted into a drum(110). A stirring screw(120) stirs the food waste in the drum. Concave and convex portions are formed between the stirring screw and the drum. The concave and convex portions are formed in a radial shape, centering on a central line of the stirring screw. The drum includes a drum body and a cap for covering the drum body. The concave and convex portions are formed on an inner surface of the cap. Further, the Concave and convex portions have slope shape, and face the stirring screw. |
