A portable vinyl sealer with a vacuum packing function is provided to lengthen retention period of food inside a packing bag by forming a vacuum inside the packing bag and by sealing the packing bag. A portable vinyl sealer(100) with a vacuum packing function, including a lower body(10) equipped with a battery receiving chamber(11) mounted with a battery(B) and a heating pad(12) heating a contact surface of a packing bag according to power supply from the battery, a safety cover(20) protecting the heating pad and an upper body(30) contacted to the heating pad, which relatively pressurizes the packing bag, comprises: an intake/exhaust chamber(13) equipped with an air injection hole(13a) and an air discharge hole(13b) inside the lower body, a suction fan(14) sucking air inside the intake/exhaust chamber, an absorption member forming a vacuum inside the packing bag.
