FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, biochemistry, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compound of the formula (I) wherein R1 means hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl or hydroxy-(C1-C6)-alkyl; R2 means -CO-NR8R9, -(CH2)n-NR8R9, -(CH2)p-OR8 or -(CH2)n-CN; R3 is chosen from hydrogen atom, halogen atom, halogen-(C1-C6)-alkyl; R4, R6 and R7 mean hydrogen atom, fluorine atom and, as minimally, one radical of R4, R5, R6 and R7 means fluorine atom; R8 and R9 mean independently of one another hydrogen atom or (C1-C6)-alkyl; m means 1, 2 or 3; n means 0, 1, 2 or 3; p means 1 or 2, and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Also, invention relates to a medicinal agent possessing inhibitory effect with respect to activity of monoaminoxidase B and comprising one or some compounds of the formula (I) as an active component and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
