FIELD: mining industry; other industries; devices used for fixation of the lining plates on the protected surfaces made out of the magnetic-conductive material. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the ore-grinding equipment and may be used for fixation on the protected surface made out of the magnetic-conductive material of the lining plates. The device used for fixation of the lining plates on the protected surfaces made out of the magnetic-conductive material contains the being protected surface made out of the magnetic-conductive material, the lining plates with the truncated cone-shaped pits and the cylindrical holes, which are coming out from the central part of each smaller base of the truncated cone of the truncated cone-shaped pits, and are mounted with their nonworking surfaces on the protected surface made out of the magnetic-conductive material, and the fastening components. Each of the fastening components is made in the form of the truncated cone-shaped plug disposed in each truncated cone-shaped pit made in the lining plates, in the magnetic-conductive material disk fixed by one of its sides on the exterior surface of the smaller base of the truncated cone of the plug having the truncated cone-shaped form and the permanent magnet disposed by its exterior side face in each of the cylindrical holes made in the lining plates, which are coming out from the central part of each smaller base of the truncated cone of the truncated cone-shaped pits made in the lining plates, and mounted with one of their butt surfaces on the other from the external surfaces of the disk made out of the magnetic-conductive material, and with the other its butt surfaces - on the protected surface made out of the magnetic-conductive material.
