FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to extruders intended for processing halogenless materials to be used in insulating and protecting coatings of cables and conductors not susceptible to ignition. The extruder comprises a casing, a cylinder with a double thread screw arranged in its central part, resistance electrical heaters and radiators of cooling over the cylinder zones, centrifugal fans to force air all along the cylinder. The extrude cylinder is made as a single sleeve reinforced over its entire length by several clamps attached to the casing. The radiators, at least, those of the plasticising and melt zones, are cast-type with radial and axial slots adding to air cooling and are fitted directly on the said sleeve. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of application of insulation and coatings on cables and conductors not susceptible to ignition. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
