摘要 A liquid crystal material having optical isotropy, a liquid crystal panel using the same, and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) using the same are provided to create an isotropic liquid crystal material without light irradiation and to reduce the inequality of display due to an afterimage. An LCD using a liquid crystal material having optical isotropy comprises the first substrate, the second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate and the second substrate respectively comprise polarizing plates. The liquid crystal layer is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate comprises pixel electrodes(PX) and common electrodes(CT). The liquid crystal layer shows an optically isotropic property when voltage is supplied in an optical isotropy state. Either the pixel electrodes(PX) or the common electrodes(CT) are formed with a comb teeth pattern. The other electrodes are flat formed. An electric field is injected to the liquid crystal layer by the potential difference between the pixel electrodes(PX) or the common electrodes(CT).
