<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor improved in arithmetic processing capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The data processor is provided with a computing element 21a and a data feature determining circuit 21b. The computing element 21a carries out predetermined operation of arithmetic data 41, 42 divided in a plurality of blocks 412/414, 422/424, for every sub-block included in the respective blocks.
