<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point card device with which benefit is given to both of customers of an amusement center and an attached store and a new customer of the amusement center from the customer on the side of the attached store is found by fully ulitizing advantages of being considered as a complex store. <P>SOLUTION: A premium customer management terminal machine 600 accumulates store points of the customer according to an amount of purchase of merchandise at a convenience store 20 and when PACHINKO balls are lent out for pay from a game medium loan device 200, accumulates amusement center points of the customer according to its amount. The game medium loan device 200 returns store points to the profit by paying out the PACHINKO balls when the store points are fixed amount or more. A POS device 300 returns the profit of points to the customer by discounting the amount of purchase of merchandise at prescribed ratio instead of the amusement center points when the amusement center points are fixed amount or more.
