<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live and on-demand broadcast system achieving simultaneous parallel delivery/reception of some images or videos. <P>SOLUTION: At least a management side allocates a channel and a password to a deliverer side, and the deliverer side generates a desired content on the basis thereof, accesses the management side, transmits the content to the management side, and stores it in a predetermined address of a server. The receiver side accesses the management side to transmit information about the channel and the password.
