PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio network system reducing the missing and redundancy of data in transmission and reception in a radio base station, and achieving a smooth handover when a handover execution is decided by a UE. SOLUTION: A UE1-0 monitors the down qualities of each node B, and determines the transmission of a handover request. A handover original node B2-0 receives the handover request from the UE1-0, and transmits the handover request and the information of the UE1-0 required for the handover to a handover destination node B2-1 through a c-plane pass between nodes B. The handover destination node B2-1 reserves a resource required for the handover on the basis of the handover request.
