PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an ESL (equivalent series loss) and suppress shift of a mounting position of a solid electrolytic capacitor to a circuit board etc., in the solid electrolytic capacitor provided with a capacitor element having a dielectric coating layer and a cathode layer successively formed on the surface of an anode, an anode terminal and a cathode terminal each connected to the anode and the cathode layer and arranged with a space along in a first direction and an armoring resin for covering the capacitor element. SOLUTION: A lower surface of the capacitor element is connected, for the first direction, oppositely to an upper surface of the cathode terminal over the substantial entire of a region having the cathode layer formed thereon. The anode terminal and the cathode terminal respectively have an anode exposing portion and a cathode exposing portion each exposed from the armoring resin on the bottom surface of the solid electrolytic capacitor. The cathode exposing portion has a first cathode exposing portion and a second cathode exposing portion arranged on positions spaced from each other on the bottom surface.
