PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded device capable of preventing or reducing bad influence on electric characteristics such as deterioration of the SN ratio of a signal. SOLUTION: This ceiling-embedded device is equipped with a body 12 embedded in the mounting hole 16a of a ceiling plate 16 and provided with a power supply terminal part 24 connected to a power supply line 26a and a signal terminal part 23 connected to a signal line 25a, a protective cover 13 detachably mounted to the body to cover the power supply terminal part 24 and guide the extracting direction of the power supply line 26a to a direction different from the extracting direction of the signal line 25a.
