PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide system, capable of easily and surely providing useful guide information by voice based on position information of a fingertip of a user such as a vision-impaired person in a service providing device such as a vending machine. SOLUTION: This guide system 40 is adapted to provide guidance for an automatic ticket vending machine 10 or the like including an input operation area 13 to which input operation is executed by the fingertip 11a of a user 11 or the like. This system comprises a position detection device (a three-dimensional sensor 41 and a position detection part 42) for detecting the position of the user's fingertip 11a or the like (including an IC card) in the input operation area, and a guide information providing device (a guide point determination part 43, a guide information generation part 45, and a guide information providing part 46) for determining a guide point 51 based on the position of the user's fingertip detected by the position detection device, generating guide information related to the guide point, and providing the guide information to the user by voice.
