<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device using a USB device, surely initializing a USB device installed thereto at software reset. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the device using a USB device connectable with a USB device. This device comprises a reset command input means which inputs a reset command related to software reset; a reset signal formation means which outputs a reset signal by input of the reset command; a USB controller means for controlling the USB device connected, which performs reset operation when the reset signal is given; and a forced interruption means which temporarily cuts off power supply to the USB device connected when the reset signal is given. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
