<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator having low manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A discharge tube 2 for composing the laser oscillator 1 has a tube 33 manufactured with the same diameter, and a holder 34 that holds a discharge electrode 4 comprising a positive electrode 31 and a negative electrode 32 opposingly and connects the tube 33. In the holder 34, planar and annular projections 35, 36 are formed, where the projections incline toward the positive electrode 31 and the negative electrode 32 that oppose each other. The annular projections 35, 36 can narrow discharge by the positive electrode 31 and the negative electrode 32 to an axial center side, and the annular projection 36 inclining to a direction where laser gas circulates can collect particles generated in a discharge tube 21, thus obtaining the laser oscillator having low manufacturing costs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
