PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform editing work of a feature point which is extracted from a video obtained by photographing a moving subject. SOLUTION: The animation creation system 1 is a system for extracting movement by extracting a feature point from a video 19 which has photographed a moving subject and using the feature point to create an animation, and includes: a video input part 3; a feature point extraction part 5; a retrieval part 7; a feature point storage part 9; a composition part 11; a feature point editing part 13; a movement data creation part 15; an animation creation part 17; and an output part 21. The retrieval part 7 identifies a frame which includes feature points that are not extracted. The composition part 11 creates a composed image of the identified frame so that it differs from a composed image of unidentified frames in display configuration.
