PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-link type suspension device assuring a better comfortableness in sitting in a vehicle and capable of enhancing the driving stability of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The multi-link type suspension device includes a first vibrationproof bushing 101 installed on a lower arm located in front, a second vibrationproof bushing installed on a lower arm located in the rear, and a third vibrationproof bushing installed on a toe control link, each consisting of a shaft member 2, an outer cylinder 4 surrounding the shaft member 2, and a rubber-like resilient material 6, wherein the central part 2W in the axial direction J of the shaft member 2 is formed as a swellout part 8 in spherical shape swollen out toward the outside Y in the radial direction, while the inside surface of the outer cylinder 4 surrounding the swellout part 8 is formed as a concave spherical surface 12 concentrical to the convex spherical surface 10 of the swellout part 8.
