PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with a crime prevention function for preventing a person other than a user from forcibly stopping the crime prevention function. SOLUTION: The mobile phone 1 with a crime prevention function is provided with: a secondary battery 10; a battery storage part 3 for storing the secondary battery 10; a cover 7 covering the battery storage part 3; and a warning generation means for generating a warning sound by a predetermined operation. A protrusion section 11 protruding outward is formed on one side face of the secondary battery 10, a notch 4 for storing the protrusion section 11 is formed at the battery storage part 3, and a fixing means comprising a screw 16 and a fixing board 15 for preventing the removal of the secondary battery 10 by fixing the secondary battery 10 in a state in which the protrusion section 11 is stored in the notch 4.
