PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform route guidance to an entrance to a parking lot at a destination by solving the problems that a conventional navigation device does not perform guidance to an entrance of a parking lot even in such circumstances that turn to the right is blocked due to existence of a median although the turn to the right is required to enter the parking lot. SOLUTION: In the navigation device transferring information between a vehicle-mounted machine and an information center, the vehicle-mounted machine calculates a traveling trace from a point where route guidance to the destination is completed to a point of the parking and transmits it to the information center (S11). The information center subjects the traveling traces corresponding to the destination collected from many vehicle-mounted machines to statistical processing to generate parking lot information (S24), and transmits the parking lot information corresponding to the destination to the vehicle-mounted machine (S25).
