PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating-material supporting structure for a folded-plate roofing material, which has excellent constructibility, and which enables a heat insulating material to be easily mounted on the inside of the folded-plate roofing material, without use of an adhesive. SOLUTION: In this heat-insulating-material supporting structure for supporting the heat insulating material on the folded-plate roofing material, the heat insulating material 8 is supported by a holding pin 11 in the state of being mounted inside the folded-plate roofing material 1 in which a plurality of crest portions 2-4 are provided in a width direction and in which seam portions 2c-4c to be fixed to a tight frame erected on a purlin along a longitudinal direction are formed on the top parts of crest portions, respectively. The holding pin comprises a supporting member 12 which passes through the heat insulating material from below and in which a supporting portion 12b for supporting an undersurface of the heat insulating material is formed at a base end, and a locking member 13 which is provided at the upper end of the supporting member, the leading end of which is formed in an approximate arrowhead shape and which is inserted into the seam portion 3c having substantially an arrow head shape from below so as to be undetachably locked to it.
