PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner wear easily wearable by an elderly person, and demonstrating certain back muscle assisting action because of having an adjusting/fixing means to fit the body of a user. SOLUTION: This inner wear has a torso belt part 31 surrounding the belly, a back muscle belt part 51 set corresponding with the back muscle, and a pair of shoulder belt parts 41 and 41 whose end is connected to the upper end of the back muscle belt part and whose the other end is connected to near the middle of the end and the other end of the back muscle belt part. The torso belt part has a waist belt part 32 positioned on the back side and connected with the back muscle belt part, and a pair of belly belt parts 34 and 35 which extend from both the ends of the waist belt part, and whose each end is made separable/joinable each other with a detaching means on the front side of the body. The waist belt part extends to an almost horizontal direction, and the ends of the pair of belly belt parts are each detached with the detaching means 36 in a position lower than the waist belt part.
