PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing trousers from slipping down, in which the tool can be easily attached/detached from the trousers side, the trousers also can easily be raised or lowered thereby the trousers are prevented from slipping down and simultaneously an upper garment is also prevented from turning up, thus its mounted state is maintained without exposure to outside. SOLUTION: This tool is composed of a narrow base frame 1 of nearly rectangular form, left and right supporting shafts 2a, 2b that extend from near both side ends of the base frame 1 in parallel in a direction perpendicular to the base frame, a holding cross piece 3 that is slidably spanned between the axes of the supporting shafts 2a, 2b, and a circular arc elastic ring 4 that is spanned from the lower side of individual supporting shafts 2a, 2b to the shaft ends, as it is bent in upward angle. A cloth part of the upper garment is held by the base frame 1 and the holding cross piece 3 at the position near the waist of the trousers, then, the base frame 1 and the holding cross piece 3 are placed on the lower side of the upper part from the held cloth part of the upper garment, and further the elastic ring 4 facing forward from the supporting shafts 2a, 2b is inserted into the trousers to construct the tool to be applied to the back side of the trousers.
