PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight helmet having high cooling effect and affording sufficient fittedness even after an infant wearing it has grown. SOLUTION: The helmet comprises a headgear B covering the top of the head and an interior pad 4 divided multiply on the front, rear and side faces of the inner side of the headgear B. In this helmet, the interior pad 4 is such that a cushioning material is contained in a nonwoven fabric bag, and a first Hook-and-Loop fastener is dividedly disposed on the front, rear and side faces of the inner side of the headgear B so as to be fastened on the nonwoven fabric of the pad 4 to hold the pad 4.
