PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet capable of preventing an electromagnetic wave from leaking, and exhibiting antibacterial effects and anion effects at the surroundings. SOLUTION: The resin sheet is obtained by mixing germanium, silver and tourmaline in the inside of a resin, and forming the resultant mixture.
