SOLUBLE TERMINAL-MODIFIED AMIC ACID SILYL ESTER OLIGOMER, VARNISH AND THEIR CURED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new terminal-modified amic acid silyl ester oligomer and a varnish which are excellent in solubility to low boiling organic solvents other than amide-based solvents and moldability in terms of low melt viscosity and the like and give a cured product having excellent mechanical properties in terms of heat resistance, modulus, tensile strength and eleongation and the like and a terminal-modified imide oligomer and their cured products. SOLUTION: The soluble terminal-modified amic acid silyl ester oligomer is expressed by general formula (1). In the formula, R1is a divalent aromatic diamine residue; R2is a quadrivalent residue of an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid; R3is a monovalent organic silicon group; n satisfies the relationship: 1≤n≤20.
