PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility that a bag body is damaged by impact of drop-off when the bag body is accumulated by dropping off from an upper part. SOLUTION: In the accumulation device for accumulating the bag body sealingly stored in an accumulation part 15 surrounded by restriction plates 12a, 12b and restriction bars 13a-13d of a mounting base 11, a shock absorbing base 16 extending in one direction is provided at an area deviated from a center of the accumulation part 15 of the mounting base 11.
