PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a plurality of recessed parts on the outer circumference of a workpiece at the same time and a low cost. SOLUTION: A forging-forming apparatus for the workpiece is constituted so that the plurality of recessed parts 10 are lined at intervals in the circumferential direction on the circumferential surface. The apparatus is provided with: a workpiece supporting table 25 for supporting the workpiece so as to be freely vertical-moved; tools 3 provided with projective parts 31 corresponding to the shape of the recessed parts formed on the outer circumferential surface of the workpiece, at one end part; and pedestals 23 where the tool is freely rotated up and down while supporting the shaft part arranged at the other end part of the tool. The plurality of tools radially arranged on the outer circumferential side of the workpiece, are respectively provided with a pressure-receiving surface for receiving the pressure from a press at the upper face side, and each tool provided with the projective part at the position opposite to the outer circumferential surface of the workpiece, pushes the projective part into the circumferential surface of the workpiece with the rotation by being pushed with the press. The plurality of recessed parts, are formed at the same time on the circumference of the workpiece with the plurality of tools rotated by being pushed with the press. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
