Treatment instrument 1 for endoscope is provided with a treatment portion 4 at the distal end of an elongated flexible insertion portion 3. The treatment portion 4 is configured such that the substantially cylindrical shaped distal end insertion portion 27 extends integrally from the treatment portion body 21, and the first forceps piece 22 is rotatably attached by the pin 23. The distal end position of the first forceps piece 22 and the distal end position of the distal end insertion portion are substantially the same. The distal end insertion portion 27 works together with the first forceps piece 22 and functions as the second forceps piece which holds the biological tissue. According to the treatment instrument for endoscope, cut-out of openings formed in biological body can be performed easily and reliably. |
