<p>A link handover method, device and mobile terminal are provided. The said method comprises: after the local media independent handover function entity MIHF of mobile node receives the handover request transmitted by the user layer of the media independent handover MIH in local network or current serving network, the said local MIHF transmits the request command of link connecting to the local link layer of the said mobile node, which the request command of link connecting includes the new link id parameter of the target's network, the said handover request is a command to switch the session from the current network link to the target's network link; the connection between the said local link layer and the target's network link layer is established. The present invention can carry out perfectly the media independent link handover, and will not make failure.</p> |
