<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing a commode seat, and more particularly, to an apparatus for opening and closing a commode seat, which is constructed such that the commode seat opening and closing apparatus supporting the commode seat rotates at proper speed to open the commode seat when a user makes use of a commode and then stands up, so that the commode seat can be automatically opened so as to prevent the commode seat from being stained with urine due to an error of the user, thereby providing hygienic cir¬ cumstances to a next user and removing inconvenience of the next user.</p> |
