A door switch of a vehicle is provided to prevent a door from being damaged by enabling a door switch to determine an open state, a half-open state and a close state and by preventing moving of a gearshift lever to reverse when the door is opened. A door switch of a vehicle comprises: a rod(56) moved by opening and closing a door(55) and a switch unit(60) including three contact terminals which are contacted to each other or not according to moving of the rod. When the door is opened, the rod is moved in a direction separated from the contact terminals, in other words, the open terminal, the half-open terminal and the close terminal. In this time, the open and half-open terminals adjacent to the rod are moved in the same direction of the rod, and then the contact of the terminals is released and the terminals are respectively separated.
