An economic cooling/heating system using an air source heat pump is provided to form diffusers in a dual structure at upper and lower parts in a heat accumulation tub for preventing decrease of efficiency and generation of interference between hot and cold water when carrying out heat accumulation operation and heat emitting operation simultaneously. In an economic cooling/heating system using an air source heat pump, a heat/cold accumulation tub(100) is connected to an air source heat pump(200) and a heating/cooling unit(300) via supply/return headers and supply/return lines. Upper and lower diffusers(10A,10B) are formed in the dual structure in the heat accumulation tub, wherein hot and cold water are laid at different temperature layers at upper and lower parts not to interfere each other. Multi-stepped circulation lines(L2,L2'-L10,L10') are connected to the heat pump and the supply/return lines for guiding the hot/cold water to circulation paths thereof. A plurality of first electronic valves(21,21a) are mounted to the circulation lines to be opened or closed for determining the circulation paths for the hot/cold water. A heat emitting pump(22) pumps the hot/cold water to the heating/cooling unit. A heat accumulation pump(23) pumps the heat/cold accumulated hot/cold water to the heat pump. First and second temperature sensors(24a,24b) sense temperature of the hot/cold water circulation. First and second opening degree control valves(25a,25b) are opened or closed according to the sensed temperature. The heat pump, the first electronic valves, the first and second control valves, and the pumps are controlled by a control part(30).
