A hitting plate of a drum bell for a mesh clogging prevention net crushing construction wastes, improving particle size, removing mortar, sorting construction waste, and producing sand is provided to remove mortar and to obtain aggregates or sand with good particle size by breaking the crushed construction wastes again through perforated holes formed in a longitudinal direction. Hitting plates(100) continuously combined with the left and right sides and the upper and lower sides of a construction waste treating drum bell formed in the shape of a polygonal cylinder are produced in a rectangular form. A sill portion(103) is formed at the edge in order to make a rim portion(102) thinner than a body unit(101). Perforated holes(104) vertically bored are integrally formed at the body unit. A hitting projection unit(105) is integrally formed between the perforated holes. Plural combining grooves(106) are formed at the rim portion.
