A double structure type filter device for filtering high turbid water is provided to filter doubly alien substances of water by inserting an inner filter part having a filter mesh into an outer filter part having a filter mesh, and separate a filtering body from a filter case easily by additionally forming a handle on the outer filter part. In a filter device(10) comprising a filter case(5) and a filtering body(2), the filtering body comprising: an outer filter part(2) including a supporting part(21) which has an inserting hole formed in the center thereof, and a catching groove formed on a bottom portion thereof, a plurality of columnar bars(22) formed on an upper surface portion of the supporting part, a filter mesh(23) formed on an inner side of the columnar bars, and a head(24) formed on upper portions of the columnar bars to connect the respective columnar bars to one another; and an inner filter part(3) fitted into the outer filter part, the inner filter part including a catching part(31) which is placed on the catching groove, and has a water-passing hole formed in the center thereof, a plurality of extension bars(32) formed on an upper surface portion of the catching part, a filter mesh(33) formed on an inner side of the extension bars, and a head part(34) formed on upper portions of the extension bars to connect the extension bars to one another, a double structure type water filtering body is characterized in that a handle(241) is additionally formed on an upper surface portion of the head, and a supporting projection(341) is additionally formed on an upper surface portion of the head part.
