An air loss sensor of a pneumatic tire is provided to allow a driver to determine the leakage of an internal air of the tire and a leak position when the internal air is leaked. A pneumatic tire includes an inner liner(10), a carcass(20), a tread(30), and a bead(40). A color liquid is injected into a pneumatic tire such that a color liquid layer(50) is formed on the surface of an inner liner(10). When the inner liner(10) of the pneumatic tire is damaged in driving by an acute metal member, a nail, or the fragment of a glass so that the internal air is leaked, the color liquid of the color liquid layer(50) is leaked outward the surface of the tire, so that a driver determines the leakage of the internal air with the naked eye.
