FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to dissect the excess of adventitia in the vessel of less diameter to put it inside the vessel of greater diameter to fix them together. Moreover, the end of the vessel of greater diameter should be reversed its intima being outwards, then intimas of the vessels should be coincided and fixed together due to through suturing the vessel of less diameter over its edge, and upon the reversed end of the vessel of greater diameter - over intima's surface, so, that puncture in and puncture out should be fulfilled at internal surface of the vessel, and the knot should be bound being beyond anastomosis lumen. Then the reversed end of blood vessel of greater diameter should be returned into its primary position followed by its fixation towards adventitia of blood vessel of less diameter.
