FIELD: mining industry; metallurgy industry; cement-producing industry; other industries; production of the grading armored lining of the tumbling mills. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the grading armored lining of the tumbling mills. The grading armored lining of the tumbling mills concerns to the devices for protection of the shell from the tear and wear and may be used in the mining industry, cement industry, metallurgy industry and other industries. The grading armored lining of the tumbling mills allows to increase effectiveness of the grading at the expense of reduction of tear and wear of the cone-step plates. The grading armored lining contains the alternating along the circumference of the drum the rows of the plates located along the drum of the tumbling mill with inclination towards the mill loading end (the cone-step rows of the plates) being in parallel to the generatrix of the mill drum. The latter are made with the one side ribs made in the form of the right-angled trapeziums with the edge right angles and are mounted with their inclined side at the angle of 100-150° to the horizontal towards rotation of the mill. According to the second version the grading armored lining contains the alternating along the circumference of the drum the rows of the plates located along the drum of the tumbling mill with inclination towards the tumbling mill loading end and the plates rows, which are parallel to the generatrix of the tumbling mill drum. The plates with inclination towards the loading end of the tumbling mill are made simultaneously with inclination towards the side opposite to the tumbling mill rotation, and the plates being in parallel to the generatrix of the tumbling mill drum have the second edge ribs made in the form of the rectangular trapeziums with the edge right angles and are mounted with their inclined side at an angle of 100-150° to the horizontal towards rotation of the tumbling mill. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased effectiveness of the grading at the expense of reduction of tear and wear of the cone-step plates. ^ 7 cl, 5 dwg |
