A mobile communication sub center using small solar energy generation cells and an automatic disaster warning system through the same are provided to charge power necessary to install the sub center by the solar cells and a sub battery, and perform disaster notification with a text in real time, thereby minimizing power consumption and reducing casualties and property loss. An oscillation radio wave(12) transmitted from a BTS(Base Transceiver Station)(10) is received to a transmission connecting path(14). The oscillation radio wave is selected to a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) oscillation control circuit(32), a delay(34), or a network management system(40) to remove the noise of the oscillation radio wave. Only the clean oscillation radio wave is transmitted to a portable phone(80) through an antenna via a transmission service.
