<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or the like for supporting working staff assignment, capable of performing, for excess or deficiency of working staff in a production line, appropriate staff assignment so as to minimize the excess or deficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A support server 1 for assigning optimum working staff in the production line comprises an assignment staff calculation part 5a for calculating, based on product production plan information and standard production capacity information, the number of standard staff necessary for the production line and the skill level thereof; an excess or deficiency-of-staff determination part 5a for determining excess or deficiency of working staff in the production line based on information for workable staff, and the number of standard working staff and the skill level thereof calculated by the assignment staff calculation means; and a staff assignment part 5c for performing, when excess or deficiency of working staff is determined, assignment of working staff in the production line so as to minimize the excess or deficiency of working staff. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
