PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for presenting related data so that the accepted related data is efficiently used.

SOLUTION: The content-using terminal 1 accepts and stores: related content to be used by an audience relating to broadcast content; the usable period of the related content; and program information 215 of a broadcast program. Then, the content-using terminal 1 is provided with: a related content state judgment part 31 for preparing display setting information, based on the program information 215; and the usable period and a related content layout part 32 for determining the output format of the related content, based on the display setting information, and for outputting it to an output part 14.
