<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-estate information management apparatus and method, and a method and a program for predicting relocation, for effectively managing real-estate information and specifying, at early stages, properties to be vacant. <P>SOLUTION: A real-estate information management system 10 is provided with a property database 21 for storing property information and association information, a tenant database 22 for storing tenant information and association information, and a real-estate information database 31 for storing real-estate information such that the property information and the tenant information are associated with each other according to the association information. The properties of tenants who intends to relocate are registered as the properties to be vacant. Also, a terminal 32 is provided with a relocation predicting means serving as hardware or software; based on specific information such as the contract periods of properties, the tenants' past relocation histories, the tenants' scales and business performance and the like, the time to need relocation is determined so as to specify the properties to be vacant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
