<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor control system where occurrence is controlled on nonconformities due to non-detection of a stroke of a piston. <P>SOLUTION: A stroke control unit outputs a command value of a carrier frequency which is relatively low after a linear motor has started, and enlarges the modulation rate to a prescribed value which has previously been decided from an experiment result and with which the stroke of the piston can be calculated. The stroke control unit increases the modulation rate, when a value of the actual stroke is not higher than a stroke command value. When the value of the actual stroke is larger than the stroke command value, the modulation rate is decreased. The stroke control unit outputs the command value of the carrier frequency which is relatively low, when the modulation rate is a value between the prescribed value and a specified value larger than the prescribed value; whereas, when the modulation rate is not smaller than the specified value, relatively high command value of the carrier frequency is outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
