<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conference information that is interesting to users. <P>SOLUTION: An information distribution device 1 is equipped with a menu distribution unit 6 which distributes the menu of conference information to the terminals 100 of users, and an interest calculation unit 91 which obtains the degree of interest of the users for the conference information distributed by the menu distribution unit 6. The menu distribution unit 6 distributes the conference information on the basis of the degree of interest for the conference information calculated by the interest calculation unit 91. The interest calculation unit 91 obtains the word frequency on the basis of voice data captured in the conference, and obtains the degree of interest of users for the conference information on the basis of the obtained word frequency.
