PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent for specimen measurement and a specimen measurement method for more clearly discriminating erythroblasts and basophiles in a specimen from other leukocytes and counting them. SOLUTION: The reagent for specimen analysis is used for measuring basophiles and/or erythroblasts, containing 4-8 total C alcohol and at least one kind of fluorescent dye expressed by the general expressions (I and II).
