PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater with a mist device, of high convenience, capable of sharing a heat source and piping, and simultaneously using hot water for both of misting and hot water supply by the other tap by preventing the use of hot water on one side of misting and hot water supply by the other tap from being affected by the use of hot water at the other side. SOLUTION: In this water heater with the mist device having hot water supply piping for guiding the hot water in a hot water storage tank to a hot water supply tap, hot water pouring piping for guiding the hot water in the hot water storage tank to a bathtub, mist piping for guiding the hot water in the hot water storage tank to the mist device, and a mixing valve for mixing the hot water from the hot water storage tank with the water from water supply piping to prepare hot water of a desired temperature, and supplying the hot water in the hot water storage tank to each piping by water supply pressure from the water supply piping, the hot water supply piping, the hot water pouring piping and the mist piping are disposed at the downstream side of one common pipe disposed in the hot water storage tank, and the mixing valve is a three-way valve of which a leakage rate is measured in advance.
